So, first, the EU. Next, the Estados Unidos del Sur. Interesting game, though. I guess consolidating targets makes it easier to wank the wankers. China's all ready doing a good job in allowing for a unification of the Far East. India / Pakistan / Bangladesh / Thailand / etc. Should also make for a good empire... I mean country... I mean slave state... Err... puppet. Damnit, I meant union.
